Lecithin granules are of the highest quality and contain only the purest lecithin obtained from soya beans. Lecithin is a rich source of phosphatidyl choline (PC), a nutrient that helps the breakdown of fats and is important in brain function. As natural levels of PC decline with age, it's important to ensure adequate levels are present in the diet.

Lecithin is a very effective emulsifier of fats and may be chosen as a supplement by those following a low cholesterol diet. Lecithin granules have a distinct , pleasant and nutty flavour. As this is a natural product the colour and texture may vary.

Directions for use:
